Why Small Group Training?

Small group training is the perfect bridge between energy found in classes and the attention in a private session. We still design the program, walk you through it step by step, make sure you perform every movement correctly and safely, but we also surround you with a few other people to help you stay motivated.

In Small Group training, like-minded people begin together, work together and finish together in pursuit of a common purpose and to achieve individual goals.

Small Group Training Times

Roseville Strength and Conditioning is open 6:00am-8:00pm Monday through Saturday. Below is a list of our small group session times that are available to current members. Sessions last roughly 50 minutes. All other services are scheduled by appointment during normal working hours.
