What to Expect

All of our workouts are designed to address every area of your body. Each session starts with some foam rolling and stretching to prepare the body. Then we progress into an active warmup that focuses on balance and coordination while increasing the heart rate for more strenuous work. After the warmup, we move into the main strength portion of the workout. We believe the most efficient way to get in shape is to make every workout a full body workout, so all of our strength sessions encompass upper, lower, and core exercises. Finally, we also include a brief, but intense conditioning session to really stimulate fat loss.
